ASGC, Enerwhere team up to provide efficient, and sustainable power supply for Palace Hotel and Residences Site in Dubai Creek Harbour

DUBAI, 24 May 2021

UAE construction giant ASGC appointed Enerwhere as the temporary power provider for their site office in Dubai Creek Harbor. Enerwhere will power the site office as a proof of concept for 6 months to showcase the capabilities and reliance of its system. Enerwhere is also expected to expand its services and takeover temporary power provision for The Palace construction site along with other ASGC projects currently running in UAE and potentially overseas.

The solar-hybrid system installed at ASGC P308 Main Office consists of 56 kWp of solar capacity expected to contribute about 20% of overall energy production, coupled with fuel efficiency improvements on the generators end, reducing ASGC CO2 emissions by 44% annually using clean, economical, and reliable energy.

ASGC site office serves as the Main Office for The Palace Hotel and Residences, a 5-star waterside hotel and residence expected to be completed by Q4 2023 featuring 121 key Palace Hotel and 587 branded residences. The project is jointly developed by Emaar and Address Hotels and Resorts.
