Al Dhafra Recycling Industries processes construction and demolition materials across the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, with the aim of reducing the disposal of such materials in the Emirate’s landfills.
Enerwhere’s 3 MVA solar-diesel hybrid power system has been specifically tailored to deal with the high starting currents of the large motors of the concrete crushing plant. Similar to other mining operations around the world, Al Dhafra uses crushers, conveyor belts, and screening plants to turn large concrete chunks into gravel that can be re-used in construction across the country.
